Sidebar Gadget, first click when upgraded to Vista?

In Windows 98, 2000, and XP my first mouse click intuition after upgraded OS was surely on the Start button, appart from the welcome startup page. With Vista, alot of users would have clicked on the sidebar gadget before of the Start button, taking over 15mins to find what cool gadgets to add to the sidebar. How long did you take (or waste) to play with gadgets🙂 I must admit I play with them on regular basis; that is, playing with settings, looking for new ones, and start creating my own.

Alright gadgets are gadgets; they can add a “cool” factor. Like all small apps and toolkits, some can be useful and others very useless. Can gadgets prove useful for work?
